Chestnut Hills Apartments in Puyallup, WA
This community was ready for an updated color scheme and ditching the ketchup and mustard theme (before photos on left).
The goal with multi-family housing is to create personality with wide appeal, focusing on classic over trendy. We want existing residents to feel proud of where they live while attracting new residents eager to live there.
I created two palette options- the first is light and airy with a grounding green-gray lower body color that is off the beaten path with vibrant terracotta doors. The second employs warm taupey-grays, handsome dark trim and spunky teal doors.
